If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us or any affiliated website, please return it directly to us (in its original/new condition – all original/unopened manufacture’s packaging) within 30 days. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price via your check or credit card payment method originally used. Please note that we will issue a credit to your account within 24-72 business hours of receiving your returned merchandise. Individual bank and credit card company processing times may vary.  Please contact your financial provider/institution to find out specific details about how refunds are processed specifically from their end.  It normally takes approx. 30 days for credits to post to accounts.  This also applies to any purchases via our eBay store.

As an on-line merchant we are very susceptible to fraud. We will not ship to third party addresses for new customers. (Paypal verified accounts excluded).
