>New Regulations Coming for MD
Recreational Crabbers
November 10th Public Meeting Regarding 2009 Recreational Crabbing
On November 10th the Maryland
Department of Natural Resources, Fisheries
Service held an informational meeting to discuss recreational
crabbing regulations for the 2009 crabbing season. In 2008,
Maryland, Virginia, and the Potomac River Fisheries Commission
enacted coordinated crab regulations that were intended to conserve
adult female crabs and reduce the annual fishing rate to the target
level of 46% of the total population. The Fisheries Service
presented several options for changes to the recreational crab
licensing requirements for the 2009 season and is seeking public
input on these options. New licensing requirements will aid in
designing surveys to estimate total sport crabber catch.

Lunker City Ozmo - King of
Freaks |
|
This 5", 7 per bag, HEAVY SALT creature bait has
more going for it than anything else that bass in
your waters have ever seen. Lunker City's Pro
Staffers and Field Testers all report that bass
don't so much hit this thing, they ATTACK it! They
may not be sure exactly what it is, but they're sure
they want it dead.

Ozmo is made to be morphed into whatever the
conditions demand. Break off the head, gills and
twister tails, and fish it as a craw imitation on a
1/8 or 1/4 oz football head. Break off the claws,
arms and antennae and fish it as a traditional twin
tail, either Texas rigged or on a jig. Or fish it
'full bore' as a creature bait or freak bait. Ozmo
is the King of Freaks! |
